I am often confused at why personal trainers always begin new client?s exercise program on some sort of strength training circuit or group exercise class. I often wonder what is the trainer thinking when they are devising this person?s exercise program? Were they thinking at all? I know 95% of client goals are based on fat loss and none of them ever ?want to be an athlete?.
Walking is the easiest and the most effective form of exercise compared to the other exercises like weight lifting, swimming etc. Walking is a natural activity and it requires no location or schedule.

Pilates Exercises sometimes used an acronym for Proximal Integrating Latent Agile Toning Exercise; it aims to stretch and to strengthen your body that is why most contortionists and ballet dancers get into it. But just because people are taking it for physical improvement, and weight loss, it doesn?t mean that a Pilates exercise is a cardiovascular exercise.

Many sports injuries cause a progressive permanent osteoarthritis that will prevent a person from exercising to cause the very diseases that a regular exercise program is supposed to prevent. A twisted ankle can change an active person into a sedentary one. A torn anterior cruciate ligament or meniscus of the knee has a greater than 50 percent chance of causing permanent pain within five years, regardless of the treatment.
Stretching Can Make You a Better Athlete

There is no good evidence that stretching prevents sports injuries. However, stretching can make you a better athlete. Competitive athletes need to stretch to makes muscles and tendons longer and more flexible. A longer muscle can exert a greater torque on a joint to help you run faster, lift heavier, throw further and jump higher.
