Leader Olumba Olumba Obu
The Sole Spiritual Head of Brotherhood of the Cross & Star (BCS), was born in 1918 in the rural town of Biakpan, Cross River State, Nigeria. He received little formal education and never attended any church nor Sunday school, but from a very early age began to teach people how mankind, through the practical application of the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ, can be led into a higher state of consciousness called 'the kingdom of God'. He teaches 365 days a year at the world headquarters of BCS in Calabar, Nigeria.

From the texts above, it is clear that Brotherhood means God and everything created by Him. It means the unity of all creations with themselves and with God. This implies that God and all His creations, whether visible or invisible, constitute one entity.
