View all articles by Paul YostNow, all this being said, you must still take responsibility for outside behavior. A lot of people think they'll get results just by paying someone to train them. This couldn't be further from the truth. We trainers only have you for an absolute maximum of 5 hours per week. That leaves a whole lot of time to slack on your training program. This includes additional workouts, ESD and nutrition.
