How To Tell If Youre Having An Anxiety Panic Attack

1. Shortness of breath or hyperventilating.
2. Crying at the same time you have shortness of breath or hyperventilating.
3. A racing heart combined with tingling sensations.
4. Dizziness leading to a feeling of panic.
5. A feeling of overwhelming dread or fear
6. Obsessive worries or unwanted thoughts.
I suffered my first panic attack at work. Luckily, there wasn?t anyone else in the room. I couldn?t believe I was actually having a panic attack! I had heard and read about them but didn?t think I would ever have one.

I suffered my last panic attack on the train, going home from work. I had been quite anxious about going home on the train and my anxiety turned into a full blown panic attack. This attack was the worst one I had experienced. The train wasn?t very full though, so no one noticed me having a panic attack. In retrospect, I don?t know whether that?s good or bad!
The symptoms were the same as my first attack, but more intense. There was no doubt in my mind that I was suffering from an anxiety induced panic attack.
